Thursday March 20th
Beth & Ryan Turner return in the afternoon from their honeymoon and check into the W hotel, 541 Lexington Avenue (btw. 49th & 50th street)
Friday March 21st

Friday March 21st – 9:00pm - Welcome Drinks at a nearby bar. Please join Ryan and Beth as they will attend a night of catching up with friends and family!

HOTEL INFORMATION
W NEW YORK
The rooms at the W are small but VERY nice.
They only have one queen bed.
I highly recommend this option.
For the money it is a really good deal.

This hotel is funky the exterior of the hotel has actual horns!
It is very affordable, clean and in a great location.
Close to the reception location(walking distance), great restaurants, shopping and transportation.
The exterior and interior are very brightly painted,
the floors are wood (make's it a bit loud)
but the decor is very artsy and fun.
I am trying to work out a deal with them on rates
single bed - $165
small room double bed - $185
deluxe queen room - $205
Suite w/ sitting room - $245
If you like this option
book your room and we will adjust the rate if i can get it sorted out.
COSMOPOLITAN HOTEL - TRIBECA
This hotel is great...
the area is safe and close to subways and ez to get cabs. . .
it is not that close to the reception venue but ez on the subway
. . .they do not do any special rates for weddings
but their rates for 2 double beds are the best I can find -
$225 for 2 double beds
No rooms are on hold so BOOK now if you like this option.
